Agrowtek Inc. and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.
PAYMENT
Payment shall be made to: Agrowtek Inc.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders or transactions that our risk management deems high fraud risk.
Credit Card
Credit card billing and shipping addresses must be the same, and match the address on file with your card issuer or your order will be automatically declined by the merchant system. If you have problems processing your order, please call the number on the back of your credit card and ask them why the charge was not processed.
Paypal
Orders must ship to addresses which are verified and eligible for seller protection.
Purchase Order
A nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the orders total is required to begin production of the order. The remaining 50% of the orders total is due prior to the order shipping out of our facility. Payment methods include; credit card wire transfer and check. Any payment paid via credit card is subject to an additional 3.75% processing fee.

1. All returns must be authorized by Agrowtek Inc. and bear a RMA (return material authorization) number or the shipments will not be accepted (returned to sender.) All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Agrowtek Inc. reserves the right to charge a restocking fee (up to 50%) in proportion to costs required to restore the items to new condition on ny returns that are accepted.
3. Items returned in damaged or destroyed condition may not receive credit.
4. Credit Card orders are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee.
5. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Returns are not accepted on custom products which have been designed for special applications.
7. Expenses for travel, engineering service fees and project fees are non-refundable.
8. Consumables including chemicals, pH, ORP and DO sensor probes are non-returnable.
9. Items must be returned in original packaging.
10. Returns are not accepted on items which have been installed or used.
11. No returns are accepted after 30 days of receipt.

SHIPPING
All packages are shipped in standard plain brown cardboard boxes or shrink wrapped pallets. UPS is the default carrier for U.S. and international shipping. Freight orders are shipped common LTL carrier. Our sales team will contact you with a quote and delivery details.
Freight will be charged at cost provided by the carrier.
If your item appears to be damaged upon delivery please contact us.
LEAD TIME
We do our best to keep all items and components in stock so that we can process your order as quickly as possible. Most standard orders ship in 1-2 weeks; however, in some circumstances lead times may extend or items may become back ordered. Sales quotes will include an estimated lead time or contact the factory for lead times prior to placing your order.
STORAGE FEES
Orders stored in the facility beyond 30 days will incur a storage fee of $300 per month per 40"x48" pallet.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you visit AGROWTEK.COM or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Any and all cookies are for shopping cart and general website functionality and do not collect or send information to Agrowtek Inc.
